Keynote speaker and MC

Keynotes that change people. An MC who keeps your delegates in the room, not just on schedule.

Callie Elward-Barrett brings warmth, humour and substance to the stage. Drawing on years of senior leadership, a wealth of professional and academic knowledge, and lived experience of neurodivergence, she makes complex ideas relatable and gives audiences something they can do differently on Monday.

Her topics span neuroinclusion, leadership, ambition after diagnosis, AI, and resilience. As an MC, she connects speakers, ideas and audiences, responding to the energy and needs of the room while keeping your event on track.

From conferences and leadership forums, to awards and gala dinners, in person or online, Callie brings authenticity and connection that will make your event something that is talked about long after the room has emptied.

What people say after Callie speaks

If you’ve heard Callie Elward-Barrett speak, you’ll know she’s the rare facilitator who can be warm, practical and just provocative enough to make the room think differently.

There was no polished corporate script, just real experiences, vulnerability, humour and authenticity that had every person in the room completely engaged.

As a Police Officer with a late ADHD diagnosis, I identify with so much of this and think it’s a fantastic presentation. It should be mandatory watching for anyone in a leadership role.

Meet Callie

Decades of leadership and a lifetime of doing things differently

I’m Callie Elward-Barrett (She/Her), founder of Executive Functioning Leadership. As a former Police Sergeant, senior public service executive, and a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I understand the responsibility of delivering outcomes…and the challenges of leading with care in modern work environments.

My work brings together professional expertise, lived experience, and practical, pragmatic approaches to neuroinclusion. I support neurodivergent leaders to pursue their ambitions and help organisations create the conditions for everyone to fully and safely participate.
